Dear Sir,
After much problem and difficulty in dealing with TCS representatives, I am writing this complain and hope for a positive response from your side.
Kindly advice your courier representative (HARIS) to at least wait a minute to collect all mails. He usually misses a mail or two most of the time and if the mail is not present at the gate he immediately left even if we request him to kindly wait a bit.
Regarding logistics, your logistics representative (Yasir) always demands to put our stock at the gates for pick up though it sometimes is not possible for us because our stock is valuable and temperature sensitive.
Also, sometimes we have to book our order in an emergency and we used to call at about 04 or 05 pm in the evening but he simply refuses to lift the stock at that time. He always says one thing that if you want your stock to be lifted then call at 03:00 PM which is sometimes impossible for us to confirm due to stock release.
Even if we call him at 03:00 Pm and suppose the stock is not ready to dispatch then it is un-ethical way to do business with TCS Logistics and the person has to wait which is not our policy to disturb in any way.
Kindly look into this matter and provide us with more convenience.
