Complaint against not response PTCL Complaint Office
Respected Sir,
It is stated that I have run my business by name Unique Display Centre at Dera Adda Hasan Parwana Road Multan & our warehouse is at State Area. I have use two PTCL No. for Contact. 061-4546412 & 061-6538804. In one of them no. is use in wearhouse for contact & security camera but unfortunately my warehouse Contact No. (061-6538804) is going to not responding last 05-days. I have launched daily complain but no way. I have received many registered complaint numbers but no body reached there uptill now. My last complain no. is 58. I am in great trouble due to contact & risk of security of my warehouse.
It is requested to please send PTCL team for check my line problem. It is further stated if not solve my problem in 24-hours, if any trouble create in my warehouse then the responsible will PTCL department.
