Dear Concern,
This is to make in your notice that a person who sits on gate num 2nd for dealing bikes receipts & on dated (10-12-2016) at 8:55 am. He misbehaved as usuall on the issue of no change. and all other staff instead of making him ashame, they also started misbehaved & used hands as well as abusive language with my husband just because they were army servant and we are cevilian.
I am working lady in leading fortress store & did Master in HR from Punjab university & my husband as well educated.
This is how you treat with your customers. I daily come in fortress store & pay for entrance. you dont facilitate by providing entrance card to cope up with this problems. On the contrary ur staff misbehaved with abusive language. I am pregnant & they didnt allow my husband to drop me till my ofice gate and made my health at risk.
This is how you protect civilians? & we trust you?
