Hi, I had order an outfit from house of charizma on 17.07.17. On second day I rcvd a call from charizma that they are sending me my order. Very next day I received a msg from TCS with tracking no 774265804022. I tracked my order alots of time and also called charizma for my outfit but no one tell me about it. I called on ur no but no response. Charizma n TCS both are not taking responsibility. A day before yesterday I received my order from daraz.pk by TCS. Can u plz help me and sort out this matter. Thanksss
AOA, Man ne House of Charizma aik suit Rs.6995/- ka order kia tha, Jo ke 23-10-2021 ko kafi calls ke bad received hoa. Jab open kia tu uski shawl ki aik side ki emberiodery kharab thi. mn ne help line pe call ki, unon ne aik aur number dia. use jab bhi dail kia, tu wo aik bell ke bad disconect ho jata tha. ab jab wahan contact hoa, tu wo kehte hn k apka time ziada hoa hia h aur kia pta ap ne tailor ko dia ho tu us ne kharab ker dia ho, ab ap btaien k man ne itne paise tenstion khareedne k die thay kia? mjhe kabhi aisa experience ksi aur designer outlet ka ni hoa,jo yahan hoa h.
Aur mjhe ab suit ka solution chae. bara e mehrbani. mjhe shawl change ker ke di jae. Ya phir mjhe payment wapas ki jae, kew ke wo suit tu mere istemal ka ni hi.
I bought a dress cMA22-24 from lucky one branch on 22 june it needed little bit alteration n they said they will deliverd on next day today is 30 of June calling them again n again they r not even picking my call worse experience I ever had they r cheaters n liars

It was not same dress what I order it
And it was 7000rupees
Kindly help me if you cant refund pls exchange it
I’m trying calling customer care and watps as well no response
