Sir,
1. With due respect I beg to state the applicant house situated village Wardaga, Jamra, Naranjano Road, P/O.Sheikhabad, Teh & Distt.Charsadda Province Khyber Pakhtunkha.
2. The complainant applied for new meter connection but the local lineman refused for estimate and sign the form.Then the complainant visit the Abdurazaq Line superintendent, Mohd Naeem SDO for redress the grievance but the Line superintendent and SDO utmanzai circle refused for installation of new Meter connection because they began to insist that use the direct power swivel and monthly pays us Direct and do as much electricity.
3. Then the complainant visit the Arif Khan Xen office for redress the grievance but the xen also refused for installation of new Meter connection and said that use power swivel stand and pays us direct but the complainant refused that the power theft is not from a man but power theft from 20 Million Pakistani people. The applicant also said that we read prays, to put fast and we are fear nothing but sin.
4. The applicant so much applications forwarded to high Authority but in vain and no taken action on any application.
6. That the applicant also visited the offices of the SE Dr Amjad and presently SE Khalid Peshawar circle and CEO PESCO Peshawar.And also forwarded complaints to the Dr Amjad Extra SE PESCO and presently SE Khalid as well as Syed Hasan Fazal extra CEO PESCO also Anwarul Haq yousafzai CEO PESCO Peshawar for redress the Grievance but not hear any Complaint and not taken any action on the applicant complaints. But protected our staff.
7. That the applicant also forwaded application to high Authority as well as CEO PESCO,Secretary Water & power ,Chairman Water & power,Federal Minister for water & power, Federal Minister for state Water & power and Prime minister of Pakistan but no action taken on any application.
8. That the PESCO responsible officers send ok report to the high authority that we solved the problem of the complainant and install a meter in the complainant house.
9. That as a revenge the SDO PESCO Utamanzai sub division Mohd,Naeem and Xen PESCO Charsadda Arif entry a wrong (Bogous) FIR No 50 dated 25/03/2016 39 EA in the Sardheri Police Station Charsadda against the complainant.
10. That the Applicant living in Rawalpindi permanently .The Domicile,Identity card,PTCL Phone, Suigas connection is the strong proof of the Applicant.
11. That on 22/06/2016 the PESCO Utmanzai Subdivision Staff and Xen with Wapda Police took up the applicant and kept all day sequestration and insisting for withdraw all applications.
12. That on 07/09/2016 the PESCO Utmanzai Subdivision Staff and Xen took up the applicant and kept all day sequestration and insisting for withdraw all applications and also takeout 82000/Rupees,Original Identity card, NCH Card, ATM Card Habib Bank Charsadda and Rawalpindi from the pocket of applicant.
Prays
(i) It is requested to kindly order for new meter connection as soon as possible.
(ii) It is also requested to kindly taken strictly disciplinary action against the subjected names.
(iii) It is also requested to kindly order for entry a FIR in the relevant area Police Station against the subjected names.
(iv) It is also requested for heavy fine the subjected names to fulfill the demand of justice.
