Yesterday, I called the number 0301 1130947 for booking of Eid ul Azha Qurbani. The person who attended the call was very rude. He was at sitting at home on his duty hours and I can clearly hear the background voices of children. He doesnt seem to be interested in taking orders. Initially he behaved like he is not hearing my voice. After some time he suddenly listening when the heated arguments started and then all the communication problems vanished suddenly. He said you are not a client rather a rude person. I cannot talk to you and hung up.

Secondly, since yesterday night, I’ve been trying calling your customer services numbers 051-7080833 and 7080800 but after several tries, nobody attends the phone. Even I tried the 0800 497 37 number and tried connecting to Islamabad Carrefour, but all in vain. Nobody attends any number. What is all this? What type of customer services you are providing?
