I placed an order (Order No: 19571150008038) on 5th July on Shipment now delivery option and make my Payment through my Debit Card. The Mobile app shows the status of the order as DELIVERED. but I have not received my order until now. I have submitted complaints through the mobile app but no response from Carrefour. No one is picking call on customer service number 080049737.

I placed my an order ( 19773423126216 ) on dated 18-Jul-2021 but still not get my order and they are not picking my call, WTF. Shame on you and your service.
