I am a found customer of Carrfour and I always enjoy shopping with carrefour but I am writing you with the heavy hearth that when I started ecommerce from Carrefour mobile app . They mistaken or due to any system error . They charged my credit card twice and served me once. They accepted via email that there is only 1 transaction on that date and other one has declined. So I asked my bank and raise despite form for my amount back but my bank reverted me that carrefour has charged us twice so we can’t do any thing. U need to talk to carrefour. I tried several times in help line and get 4 complaint nos but no body responded me positively and they close the complaints with out any resolution. You can find my profile via my contact no . +923213749023. The transaction date is 11 Nov 2021. 5 months have passed. Is this a negligence or flaw in your ecommerce system so that I am suffering. Waiting for your kind response on it.
