Dear respected sir, my name is zakir afridi and my number is 03339113191. I book a ride on 22 aug, 2020 at Asr time from Kohat road to bashirabad. I wait alot and when captain reach he did not pick me due to his problem. he cancell the ride and i diverted to another captain. I directly sit in rikshaw due to late in time. Your company penalty 60 rupees. This is totally unfair.
