I booked capt toraiz white cultus at 1300hrs on 25th apiril…but he kept me waiting for 20 mins and didnt show up and then canceled the ride…but charged 120rupees….please investigate the captian for his wrong doings and lieing about his location and charging 120ruppes extra without even showing up
