Dear Careem team,
I am taking Careem rides for almost 1 year, but never had a complaint, but during my last ride (booked for my family) on Tuesday 11th July 2017 on Toyota Corolla LEE-4593 Driver Name: Asif Khan, experienced a worst ride ever.
My bill amount was Rs.305, and i gave Rs.500 currency note to driver, but he did not have change (i am sure, he lied), and he told me that he will add remaining amount in my account. I paid him 500 rupees. He told me that he had added 500 to my ride.
But when i received an email / checked my account, he only posted 305 rupees. I called him immediately, and complained, he lied that he has posted 500, later on he was so rude, and asked me to contact company.
Careem Team, 200 is not a big amount but its a fraud / unethical / theft and criminal activity. I just wandered that dont u have any control on such issues ? because i am unable to find any proper complaint number / email where i can report such happenings.
i am very much disappointed.
