Yesterday, I applied for a ride on careem application and subsequently cancelled with reason (within two minutes) after contacted with respective captain (his cell 0092 03065567749) as he told me that he is too far away & 15 to 20 minutes required to reach my location. Due to the reason that captain was too far away, I cancelled ride within specified time but PKR 240 charged to my account which is unjustified. After that I lodged complaint through email but still negative balance not yet settled from my account.
It is pertinent to mentioned that I have tried to contact careem via telephonic on helpline for complaint but no one is picking my call.
