Sir,
Your Organization’s elevated and modern service has not only relieved the traveling services but ensured the safety of life as well as goods of common people rather provided best occasions of employment to our educated prodigies. By which surely there will be increase in the prosperity and development of Pakistan.
Dispatching you some petitions with hope they will not considered as lamentations. I booked Careem on 18th, March, 2018 and time 12:00 p.m. with Captain Contact number (923412253377) to travel from Iqbal Town Street 5 with confirmed drop off to Humaq Town Islamabad.Desperately, the Captain did not moved for about five minutes . once i called my captain he said, ”He is in I-8 Islamabad” and is not ready for coming. In fact, denied to cancel the ride by his own self aggressively. I am praised by the helpline as by resolving the issue managed other Captain.
Consequently it is humbly submitted that;
1. Credit your Captain as being in contact with Public dealing should provide a foundation in order to eradicate the non-existence of endurance and depression with his elegant behavior and melodious conversation.
2. They should be intended in order to avoid financial burden over passengers because of any technical reason and fraudulent charges.
