Careem is just a business center they never consider and lfollow up customer’s problem or complaint.
I faced many times problem few days back I booked careem and he accepted my ride when I called captain to ask where he has reached he asked me first mam where you have to go I told him gulshan e Iqbal to Quaidabad, he refused and cancelled ride himself and I booked again I did three times all captains cancelled by their sides and I get negative balance in my accounts.after all this I called to customers help center I informed them about that and I called them many times not once but I didn’t get any response still I have negative balance in my account.
