I am regular customer of your service
my complain is about ride cancellation process…as i was informed by captains many times that if I want to cancel a ride I should immediately call the customer care
within 2 minutes of booking the ride …well today I did so and I was disappointment because after making the call i was put on hold for the next 5 minutes…and when call was finally answered I was informed that I had to pay the cancellation charges of Rd.168 in any case…because i called later then 2 minutes.
as a regular customer I demand that you should consider this …and deduct this amount from my fare charges.
