It is the fourth time it is happening to me.Thw captain of the car he kept me waiting for 34 minutes while he was himself away from location yet updated the system that he has arrived after merely 12 minutes after I booked my ride…I ended up paying twice the amount I usually pay for the exact same route rode from office to home…so unfair.i was so fraudulently charged for the waiting waiting time when rather i waited for the captain….he fraudulently said he has arrived when he had not…..told me to cancel the ride I didn’t thinking y should I pay for his fault by paying cancellation charges …I payed for freaking captain’s late arrival as he had charged me for the time I waited for him to arrive when clearly he was late to arrive….
