Dear Careem Team,
i am Muhammad Bin Yousaf and my number is 00923137733851 on which I am using careem facility. On 16 Dec 2017 I used careem facility from Rawalpindi to Murree and when I dropped my balance was RUPEES 1120 which I paid to driver. yesterday I wanted to book careem but in my account there is negative balance Rupees 1120. how is it possible when I already paid to driver? Please clear my this issue as soon as possible.I am mentioning the driver detail below.
