Hi Good afternoon Sir , My self M Saasd Hassan and i am registered with careem as a captain on scaned id card but now a day all the staff members are misbehaving and they guided me to the wrong way yesterday to go to the telenor office for easypaisa account and you have to come tommorow in our office at 12pm today for reopening of your account but when i went there then they said oh sorry bro today is saturday and we can’t submit any kind of payments today then i ask them so what can i do now? and why you told me yesterday to come tommorow if there is no possibilty to deposit the payment.
After that they said sir you have to take the training then we will ressolve your issue at the last he asked me about my original id card but i don’t have the id card but i have the scaned copy of my id through which they registered my bike when i share then so now a day why it is not possible for them to take my scan id to unblock my account .
They all are useless persons never guided the customer with loyality.
