I hired careem from the destination (mousamiayaat University road) to the destination point landhi no 1 on Sunday 03/08/2017. I called Mr Masroof Sultan Temuri after booking i called hi and he said i am coming but after 4 5 minuts and he called me and he said my car punchured that’s why I cannot come plz cancle and book another car i said you cancle because you are not coming he said ok i cancle after 2 3 minuts I got message from careem that “Your Careem is here. Captain is masroof sultan temuri, +923331290319. Suzuki Alto Go, White, AVB-675. Have a pleasant ride!” still my account showing approx 405 rupees after approx 10 minuts one more message I got your driver cancelled your ride as mentioned below, then i checked my balance PKR 120 was deduct i want to ask you why this is happen the car not came to my desitination captain was cancle the ride so why my amount deduct.
