Hello.
I would please like your kind consideration upon this.
On 15th of July 2017, there was a heavy rain in my city Karachi. After I got off from work I booked a ride from PC as temporarily I don’t have smart phone. My email is [email protected] and my number is 00923323216915, you can check my account I am a frequent user of Careem. The first captain was “not so far” but he was stuck in traffic, which is true though, it took him too long to even move as I watched in tracking (GPS) so I asked him to cancel upon which he said he “HAVE TO PRESS ARRIVE BUTTON THEN HE CAN CANCEL” so I got penalty, he never arrived he was at the exact location when I booked him, so the penalty falls upon me, I booked another ride hoping to get home but the another captain was apparently far away in DHA, so he cancelled as well, double penalty. None of the above reasons were of my fault, and as a frequent user as you can see from my history Sir/Madam, I request the penalty to to be taken down, plus I have few credit left as well I can’t remember you may check you must have access. Moreover, I request to be compensated as because of your two captains and bad navigation system, I had to face troubles and went home by riksha from Ceaser’s Towers to Gulistan e Johar Block 19.
I await for your kind, considerate and positive response.
