I am writing to complain the misstatement and willful misconduct and gross negligence of your company through your driver Mr. Muhammad Waseem Sid with car No. BHM-843 (Silver, Daihatsu Mira) with mobile No. 03422195776.

I am writing to explain my complaint here as i booked my trip at 7:08 PM dated 27.09.2017 driver confirmed and showed waiting time of 15 minute.

Driver’s misconduct can be shown in the attached screenshots which evidence of my location and movement with time of the driver. My pin location was schon circle but the driver ditched and went to gizri and claimed that my location is at gizri. (please see my screenshots which confirms my location at schon circle) and made excuses that he will come soon.

After all he went near Sillani Welfare near Three Sword towards Cant Station and made the notification that the captain is arrived even it was not my pickup point and i was in touch with him and guiding him directions of schon circle. Then, he ignored my calls and continue to moving towards metropole/Saddar side. I took lot of screen shots which shows his movement towards motropole, Clifton Bridge, Frere Hall, even the captain has arrived notification is still pop up.

He wasted my one hour on road and along with this i have came across with the sad and horrifying event that two men came and mugged me and in result i lost cash (8-9 thousand), laptop and one spare phone. It was my luck to save my iphone and gave them my other phone. After this i was so disturbed and fell ill.

I got the incident recorded with the Police Station; receiving of the complaint to this is also attached in this email.

Now I got time to register complain with you to resolve this issue on earliest basis and compensate my damages at actual.
