Hi,
My captain was S.M Ali Zaidi, Toyota Corolla LEA-7976.
I booked ride from my destination but the location was not set accordingly. I tried many times but the map wasn’t showing right location. I was going from the same sopt from last 2 weeks and there wasn’t any issue. The captain reached on exact spot. But this time due to location error the captain reached on wrong spot. That wasn’t my fault neither the captain’s. I was getting late thats why I cancelled it. And booked another ride. But the same issue happens again. I want to request that I did cancel due to wrong location, thats surely not my fault. It happens once before with my friend and she was been charge for this. Thats all wrong. You need to cancel my trip payment. Because I didn’t travel and the time waste was incurable I’ve faced in my office for being late.
