Today I booked a ride with Careem Captain (03102793330) at Honda Qauideen Karachi. The Captain did not move for about 5 minutes. Once I called, he said he will take 15-20 minutes more and better i should cancel the ride. Accordingly I had to cancel the ride.
I booked again the ride and a very nice careem captain Mr Syed Kamran [protected])reached within five minutes.
Once paying I was told to pay extra Rs 250 as cancellation of previous ride.
This is unfair as ride had to be cancelled due to Captain not willing to come.
Please refund/credit the undue cancellation charges

I am working as a careem captain. The complainer Mr sagheer Awan was mentioned my name as a nice captain but I think by mistakenly he mentioned my cell number for bad serviced careem captain.I was tried to contact but could not find him. So Plz tell him to remove my number and mention write number. Thanks
