hi sir/mam..
i am writing to you with proof attached kindly go through one by one with local time on right top corner.
i book ride and driver asking me to cancel the ride because he dont want to go my destination area.he was accusing he have to take rest now so cancel it.i said ok fine.but when i try there were 150rs charges.i made call again and request to him kindly cancel there charges for me.so i am not going to cancel.he used bad wording like “poor customers like you dont have cars but want to ride car, stupid cancel it.”i replied sorry i am here waiting for you come or cancel.call ended.i wait 30 minutes.but after few minutes of call ended.he started ride.and then after long time he canceled.
i a writing to you for improvement and justice.what is nonsense this.last time i complaint and you gave me credit.what you think i complaint for few rupees???

i want justice kindly hire educated people through behavior screening process.its hummilation.just fire him……
not money.i want firing of this caption.
if you think to you are a well repute organised business then fire him by telling him true story.
if you do not fire its means you are just making fool customers and earning only money.it doesnot matters how you are earning but you are just earning.respect is not important for you.
i am hoping 80% you will fire him…
