I booked careem from a marriage lawn near ghalib library. First of all driver was late. I have no issue with that. Secondly he doesn’t know the place. Then I call him 3 times in a row to clear my location. He said I am almost there. I came out of marriage lawn to see either he is there or not. I come to know that he has gone opposite direction as I have marked my location. I couldn’t wait on road side as it was almost 1 a.m and I was alone so I told him to come at bus stop I will walk up to there but he refused. After 25minutes waiting on road side (after 30 minutes in door wait )I grab a taxi from road and told driver to cancel the ride after which he talked in very rude way and said ” marzi ap ke hy pese katain gay ” ( as you wish you have to pay for it) I mean what??
What kind of service you people are giving ??? Driver was really very rude. And as he said 210 rupees are deducted from my account. You people dont even ask what the issue was ?? Why did I cancelled him?
