I booked a GO car but driver charged for GO+. This ride didn’t save on Careem app as I cannot see any history of this ride on my account. I also didn’t get any email update of booking and receipt of this ride. He also didn’t put remaining Rs. 40 in my wallet. I rated this ride for being no AC there before I realized what he did. Unfortunately I couldn’t rate his fraud behaviour on the ride. There is no record of this ride on my account now.
