Today I booked careem for my husband who had to be at work at a particular time. While I was tracking the driver (Name: Yaseen Khan. Car : Suzuki MR, Wagon, black BHU 631) I thought of guiding him on the phone so he didn’t have to go around searching the place and would save us sometime too. We called him innumerable times but he never answered his phone. We kept trying for a longtime from two different phones and eventually got fed up. I even messaged him to let him know that we are waiting but to no avail, I also noticed a couple of times that his phone was busy which meant that it was working well . He was clearly not bothered about us and was somewhere else enjoying his time. After waiting for over 20 minutes, as my husband was already quite late to work, I had to cancel the ride with an added penalty of 200 rupees . We booked another ride and had to pay double the amount . Now my question is why isn’t there any phone number given on the website for immediate complaints as this was clearly the irresponsible attitude of the driver and yet the client had to suffer ?
