ISSUE NO. 1

NUMBER: 0345-2128404
i called careem this morning and the driver named above appeared on my mobile screen as per the app procedure.
first of all, the driver was late….second of all when i called to ask him where he was waiting the only reply i got was ‘location pay khara hu’…i asked kaha kharay hain please specify….the reply i got was ‘mjay kuch nai pta main location pay khara hu…..the location where he was waiting at was quite far away from my place..
i tried explainig him the address so he could reach at my place asap!!! he said’ wo toh app call krkay bataey gi na k kaha ana hay….. what else was i doing?? i was calling to communicate!!!after waiting for another 5-7 minutes i cancelled the ride….
is this how drivers are supposed to talk?? is this app for our own ease or is it supposed to be a nuisance for us?????
ISSUE NO. 2
why do cancellation charges apply to the customer even if the ride is cancelled by the driver…this has happened several times…..why should the customer pay the extra charges for not cancelling??

your drivers often dont return the change….drivers usually dont give the money back
