The captain picked me up and on the way to my destination, the car stopped on PWD road twice. He switched off the air conditioning system on the plea that the car is not yet warm. I did not complain. However, when we reached the middle of the road at Islamabad highway, the car stopped and was filled with fumes. The captain got down and later asked me to get down. I pulled my bag and stood at the roadside till an empty yellow taxi cab was sighted. I hailed it and continued my journey to G-8 where I had to catch a coach for Peshawar at 2.40 p.m.. I am surprised that you allowed technically unfit vehicle to come on road.
Moreover, the captain was supposed to report the event to you.
I am sorry to say that it was my last use of your car services.
I am going to write to the authorities about this event and ask for damages from your company for endangering my life in a technically unfit vehicle with an irresponsible captain.
