1. Bonuses not credited on time
2. Ride Cancellation time 10 minutes are too much wastage of precious time should be 5 minutes.
3. Customer contact no not shown in application should be allowed and need access if caption don’t want to go on riders destination allow him to cancel the ride.
4. Base fare on go ride just Rs.60 is not justifedable it’s should be Rs.100
5. Customer’s rating should be visible when ride show on application.
6. If customer received three one star rating from different captions careem offer him/her next high rate.
