i am very fond of your careem ride but unfortunately yesterday i was book toyota carolla,silver having plat no BDN-113.after few second i was received a message from 9294 your careem booking has been cancelled by the captain.please try to book again after that they were charged 250 rupees showing before booking, kindly remove these type of fine so that we can able to ride in without tense atmosphere. i do hope that you will consider to remove these type of fine. thanks
