it is to inform you that yesterday 7 May 2017 i had requested to ride from my home address ” Syed Kabir ali shah road” near Hanjar wal , Multan road lahore. i have received the following caption detail
caption name: MS Razia hayat
car Number : LEA 790
but she doesn’t reached at my pickup point and send Arrival massage without reached the pickup point.
after calling her she said i don’t get the pickup point so can u come 2 streets ahead .. which can impossible for me with my family to go at least 1 KM.
after that i cancel the ride and book a new ride and enjoyed your services with the following caption detail
caption name : M.Naeem
car number: LEC-7708
so it is request to check into this matter, and i don’t asked to refund my cancellation charges but request to trend your captions
