Dear Careem Team,

I am writing this email with a big heart it was worst experience I ever faced. Captain was very rude, his tone of voice was pathetic he did not know how to handle valued cooperate customers. I just requested him to turn on AC as it was too hot and I am going for interview but he replied me in a very bad way ”abhi tu aap bethy hain saans tu ley len,” I asked him that I book a GO+ ride so AC should be on before customer enter in the car but he replied that “kiya app educated Garaney se hain aap intazar nahi kar sakte me aap ki ride cancel kar raha hn Jao meri Ghari se bahir nikal Jao” later on he asked me to go out of his car as he cancelled my ride.

You are requested to investigate and coach captain accordingly so that your company image remains on top.
