Todays as usual i booked careem .it took time to pickup when reached we opned the doors to ride the front door was lock when one of us try to open the door it take time from the next opned door i asked the driver to open he said with loud voice agr “darwaza chord du gay tu khol jayn ga” one of my college said “darwaza tu chorday hain .there was a little rush of trafic we closed the door by thinking that he may park but without any response he moved from there we were waiting that he will stop after crosing the rush but he did not stoped we remained stand there as we are bagging..after few minutes i again call the captain but he refused by saying “hum kisi k nukar ni hyn”.again being a humble i thanks to him..later i text him to cancell my ride i again called him but he make the call busy and did not response any more i wait for 10 to 15 mints…unfortunatlly i my self cancelled the ride and charged of Rs 152 by your campany ..Rs 152 is not meaning for me or any one other but it breaks the trust ,because of such people’s the system distrub and starts voilation.it is because to infrom you.and i dont have any more time to discuse on it.so kindly consider this complaint to motivate your captains to avoid such behaviour if any captain not intrested or just to enjoy the then the must say clear to the rider that to cancell the ride on time.Driver detail is attached
