On 19th of April at 8.55 pm i have booked a ride from rosati bistro but the captian went on a different route, when I called him about his location and told him mine he responded that due to technical glitch he is getting a different location on which I asked him to cancel the ride since I cant wait that long and now I am seeing negative balance of 150 for a ride i didnt take
Kindly correct my balance
