Dear sir, 3 weeks back careem blocked me due to fake rides which was actually haven’t taken by me they were not fake rides the reason is one of my friend (neighbour) who don’t have smart phone yet so unfortunately he’s unable to book a ride on careem, so sometimes he use my I’d for booking.
I was just trying to help him
Sir whether it’s a misunderstanding or my fault please consider my request to open my I’d again I’ll be really grateful for this act of kindness.
