Today 09/06/2017 i booked to avail the services of Careem taxi for my mother and small son, they need to reach at urgent meeting first i hired Careem at 12:20 P.M the concern driver Mr: Kamran reached at my home at 01:25 P.M and he cancelled the said ride without any reason and left.
I again hired the Careem services at 12:30 p.m and driver bearing contact number 0349-7480930 Mr: Shoaib arrived at 12:35 and he left from the destination from Saadi Town Malir Cantt: to Korangi Singer Chowrangi. But the said driver was not aware about the routes infect instead of he going to way of Korangi or Airport he was going to super highway, when i asked about his awareness regarding routes of Karachi he told me that he is new in Karachi and he came last month from interior and he don’t know about any areas and he simply follow the map, this could be very horrible and alarming situation.
Hence i could not took any type of risk further, so i asked him to please drop them back at home again he forgot the way where he needs to go hardly he reached home back and in continuation he took extra charges his billing amount was 270 but he charged 400/- and also my Careem account is appearing in debit with amount of PKR 150/-.
Would recommend to investigate it on priority and let me know undermentioned contact details.
