Yesterday, we called a careem ride he arrived after an hour in location which was far away from us and then he said wait I’m coming but he didn’t came and after 1 and half hour he told us i can’t come just cancel your ride… That’s not the way he made us wait that long and now if we are gonna be canceling our ride we are going to have penalty cause he showed arrived to company even he wasn’t.. So that’s why i request careem service to put action on those drivers who are doing fraud with customers.. Thanks
