A.o.a i am captain ayub mahmood khan i am feeling problem during ride acceptance when i accept ride the status on my cell shows free while customer calling me for ride and asked that my ride is booked by u. I have no status on my screen ON MY WAY OR ARRIVED FOR PICK UP. AFTET 12 MINUTS MESSAGE CAME YOUR BOOKING US CANCELED. DUE TO THIS PRIBLEM I HAVE MISSED/CANCEKKED 05 RIDES YESTERDAY. KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD I SHALL B THANKFULL TO CAREEM.
