On 25 May at 10:07 am i book a careem ride from my home to office. the driver drove me to office via Layari Express Way. Before commencement of journey Mr. Munawar Mushtaq, the captain told me that the tollgate charges will have to bear by you. I said ok and on the toll plaza i paid the charges.
When we reached at office i asked for billing he said that the total charges are Rs. 400. I paid the charges and ask for the receipt , he replied that the the receipt will be received through email.
Yesterday when i got the receipt i was shocked to see the billing breakdown.
Rs. 50 have been charged fro waiting (initial and in journey). I would like to let you know that there wasn’t any waiting neither at beginning nor during journey. In fact i was waiting for the captain an as soon as he arrived at my place i got into the car and the car had began the journey within 10 seconds. The same amount of time was consumed while paying bill and getting off the car at destination. Then why Rs. 50 have been charged.
Rs. 30 have been charged against tollgate. As i said earlier that i was informed by the captain that the tollgate charges will be paid by the client so i had paid the amount but he charged this again in the bill. why?
