I ordered pieces of clothing 10 days ago on 19th july, 2019 and its 29th July and there is no call or anything. I have emailed and called and messaged on all their public platforms and I have gotten no response. I was supposed to take those clothes to a trip abroad and they have put me in a pinch now.
And they had confirmed the order previously.
This is very unprofessional.
My order is placed on 22nd agust and I didn’t get any type of confirmation from the company and I am worried about my parcel because I need it urgently
Your costomer service staff is very lethargic they dont recieve calls and reply to msgs after a long time ..i have placed an order i was trying to place it since setp 12 now it was finally placed by ur team on 21 Sept. Although i didnt get any confirmation call or email im still waimting for it ..the dress i ordered was meant to be worn on my birthday so if u guys can not deliver it by tomorrow plz cancle it.bcz i think it is very unprofessional of u all to leave ur clients unattended..thank u
