I booked a ride today. He droped me at lyari my bill was Rs152/= and he was not having change so I gave him Rs200/= and told him to wallet the reamining money but when I was booking a ride again there was no money in my wallet. I want my 48Rs back.
Today I booked a ride. He dropped me at Dhoke Syedan Rwp….My Bill was 50 Rs and I have 46 rupees in my wallet. I Gave him more 50 Rupees to add in my wallet but he didn’t Add it and I have no money in my wallet….. I want my 50 back….

I do not have an android phone but after been knowing your mis call service number started utilizing this facility and enjoying the rides so far by your esteem people providing their valuable user friendly service.
Pls. convey the persons at the other end of mis call to be polite with the customers if there is disturbance in the line then to cooperate with the customer, yesterday i did book a ride but could not hear what the female was trying to say, she was passing comments to her other colleague i did hear saying that already four times i’ve told to the person thats me, than i had to disconnect the call and call again to book a ride.
Secondly as for now i call my normal handset (not android) i pay a round off amount extra to what the amount generated but that extra amount paid is not been compensated to the non android users (what is the solution as the bykea pick up person that no extra amount paid by me is been valleted.
Also as said by the bykea person that we shell out an extra Rs.20/- for mis call booking is it true and request to reduce the fare so more an more we could take the advantage of the rides.
Thanks to all who have their contribution in getting this service for non android users as well.
