It is either a scam or the product delievered is wrong. The TCS delivery boy was told on spot that the product is Not the one we ordered but he took the money and insisted on calling the headquarters telling us to talk to them for replacement or queries.
As per your Rule written on form after paying we can open the product on spot but the delivery boy did not listen and fled as soon as possible.
