I am Ehsanullah resident of Quetta and I am the account holder in HBL Bank. It is further stated that my account No. 16497900487203 has been blocked by the bank authorities because of no transactions since August-2015. In February 2017, I came to know that Rs: 18,000 (eighteen thousands) were laying in account. So I submitted to request to bank authorities to re-open the said account and the same was reopened upon my request and I withdrew the said amount accordingly.
Later on, it came to know by bank authorities that the said of Rs: 18,000 (eighteen thousands) were mistakenly transferred to my account in the year 2016. Similarly, they provided the contact of details of a person who transferred the said amount. Furthermore, I personally contacted that person and informed that I am willing to return the said amount.
Despite the said commitment I am continuously aggrieved / consternated by Mr. Arsalan, working at HBL BUITEMS Branch, Quetta and he has carried campaign against me in the university by spreading false and untrue information. Moreover, Mr. Arsalan has also threatened to block my account without any justified reason.
Therefore, I am forced to complain against Mr. Arsalan hat a strict action against him shall be taken as his behavior as official is imprudent.
