Honourable Madam/Sir
I have complain against banking staff at ghotki branch whose behaviour is not upto the mark. your honour i had submitted my personal loan renewal request in the month of july but was declined due to few late payments; your kind honour late payments were two to three from my side but those were unknowingly but remaining late payments were made by branch staff because they update my salary on 4th or 5th of every month whereas my installment is due on 2nd of every month, your honour you can have salary updates of current month as an example which was updated on 4th while invice arrives from 27-30 of every month. your honour if banking staff and branch manager is responsible for late payments then why i have been penalized of loan declination not only once but twice on the same basis. Your honour your worthy branch manager asked me to write apology letter that i also wrote down he also asked to re apply that i also did on 15-09-2016 but extremely sorry to say he also declined on the basis of same reason which i am not responsible off. meanwhile branch manager sanctioned the loan of an other colleague of mine having same sort of Dps but he refused to sanction me. your honour i hope justice will be made with me or i will knock the door of court for justice
