I opened account in Dha 26th street branch 2 months ago.

a) It is still non functional as appear below in internet banking and also when trying to do salary transfer.

b) every time I tried to call your contact centre 111000622 but I dial 9 for operator it got disconnect at 14th Jan 10.20am)

c) My wife visited 4 times the branch and every time staff careles sly said it is fine from our end you call the contact centre.

d) Today I called Branch Manager Danish Aslam, he was extremly rude, unprofessional and un courteoius.

On top I was talking to be in very loud voice/shouting.

Didnt try to help me out. He shouldnt be in services business. Please take action on his rudeness.

Lastly please activate my account from backend and internet banking. Surprising ATM is working
