sub: Complaint against the Branch Manager Civil Line Jhelum for Delinquent
and lethargic attitude with visitors,particularly with deposit holders.
Sir,
in commercial banking the deposits are the life blood of a branch. It is a service sector with other options, any commercial bank of pakistan welcomes the new clients.
current accounts ratios of deposits is an indicator towards profitability with other services.the posting of current branch manager during her tenure can easily be judged by e.g

i) Deposits
ii) Other banking services,the said branch is designated for.

The account holder average current balance is bring reflected in his said account. There should be a circular issued by the Head office of habib Bank about vehicle finances.,terms and conditions are the same applicable throughout in pakistan.Not at the discretion of a bank employee to apply as per his/her decision as the applicant bring current account holder affected financially by discrimination.

The applicant availed the facility of car financing in Feb. 2016. His account of car financing should be examined in details that how much the bank policy is to recover registration fee as well as the original finance amount from the date of inception not as per today.

it is requested the extra amount entirely be credited to my current account.
