I made seat booking for my family for fourth day of Pak England test match. The booked 3 seats were different but when the payment was made, seat allocation by bookme was made different from the ones which I had booked. All 3 seats are located at all different places, thus virtually making my watching the match with family impossible. Rather making my 10 year daughter seat , much farther from her parents. Highly unprofessional work and the similar un- professional helpline. Bookme for me is more of a show off and less of use to its customers.
