I booked my 2seats on 07/02/2022 via Bookme application Rawalpindi to Kalam total charged amount 2800 rupees as per mention on application bus terminal at Mandi mor but when I reached at Mandi mor at 6:30am there is no terminal of that company (Pak travel&tours) I contacted continuously with Bookme team they are not guide me right way after 1 hour hastle I request for my refund to Bookme call Center.after 4days I did not get any response from book me they are not attending the call if any agent attend the call after 10 min he is disconnected
