Dear Concern,
Today i visited the SBP Rawalpindi to covert my bond. My ticket no was 1 as visited i provided him the bonds with bonds copy filled form and CNIC copy after that he put in the data and said my printer is not working wait for 2 minutes. After that he was waiting instead of transferring it to other officer as i told him many times but was wasting my time. I asked his name and designation he denied and misbehaved. After that they brought the manager as i asked her the same question, she said we not oblighed to tell you his designation and keep on opposing and defending him. After that they said call the Security Manager Major sb he did the same. I s this is the way State Bank Behaves with the customers.
